Sussex University – West Slope – Student Accommodation
Location: Brighton
Contractor: Balfour Beatty Construction Ltd
Scope: The first handover of Phase 1 works (Blocks 20, 21 & 23) at the Sussex University West Slope project for Balfour Beatty Construction completed.
The photo shows Block 21 Medical Unit with the scaffold finally removed. Plenty of work ahead of us, still 19 more blocks to finish.
Moon Street – Student Accommodation
Location: Bristol
Contractor: Red Construction, South West
Scope: Supply & install windows & curtain walling to new student accommodation
Medway Maritime Hospital – “A Block Windows Replacement”
Location: Medway, Kent
Contractor: Medway NHS Hospital Trust
Scope: Another phase of works completed to the courtyards for the Block A window replacement works of the Medway Maritime Hospital. Completion of the courtyards now just leaves the stair towers to complete this very successful project
Premier Inn Hotel
Location: Hastings, Kent
Contractor: Carter Lauren Construction
Scope: Manufacture and installation of high acoustic and thermal performance windows, doors and curtain walling to a new build hotel for the Premier Inn chain.
Notifiable achievements, meeting the whole frame thermal target of 1.0 w/m2k and the acoustic target RwdB 47.
