Project Overview
This project consists of multiple level residential buildings ranging from 6 storeys to 15 storeys.
The windows are a mixture of Tilt & Turn and turn only windows along with hinged doors both inward and outward opening. The windows and doors are designed to meet Secure by Design (SBD) and lifetime homes requirements. The windows are also enhanced to meet the onerous acoustic requirements of its location alongside the East India Dock Road Road in London.
The windows were supplied in a mixture of standard matt and full metallic polyester powder coated finishes. Communal and retail areas are glazed with a combination windows and Curtain Walling System with extended feature caps.
